Company expansion

The same piece of iron can either be sawed, melted, worn down, or refined into steel; similarly, a team can either be unproductive or achieve great accomplishments. To enhance team collaboration skills, the company organized an outdoor spring outing and team-building activity on March 19, 2023. This aimed to strengthen employees' resilience, improve team cohesion, and foster a sense of unity. Through the activities, new employees could quickly integrate into the team, enhance communication among staff, and find a sense of belonging; at the same time, they would understand the importance of cooperation and communication, thereby increasing work efficiency and enthusiasm, providing a solid foundation for the company's cultural development and sustainable growth.
